How it works

A confirmed car, a named driver, and a price you agreed before you flew.

  1. 1. Tell us about the trip

Choose Lagos (MMIA) or Abuja (NAIA), whether you need an airport pickup or a drop off, the date and time, and your flight number if you have one. Flight numbers help our dispatch team plan around your arrival.

  2. 2. Choose a car and the hours you need

Pick a car category and how many hours you want the car and driver for. Bookings start at a minimum of 3 hours, which covers the driver's positioning time, airport queuing and a buffer for delays.

  3. 3. See the full price

We show the hourly rate multiplied by your hours, in naira or dollars. That total is the price. There is no surge, no airport surcharge added later, and no negotiating with the driver.

  4. 4. Confirm your booking

You receive a booking reference immediately. Guests can look their booking up any time with the reference plus the email or phone used at booking; account holders see everything in their dashboard.

  5. 5. Driver and vehicle assigned

Our dispatch team assigns a vetted driver and vehicle and adds the details to your booking, along with the exact meeting point for your airport.

  6. 6. Meet your driver

Your driver holds a Kawakari name board at the agreed meeting point. Because Nigerian airports restrict which vehicles may enter the arrivals rank, we always confirm the precise spot in writing before you travel.

If your flight is delayed

Add your flight number when you book and let our support team know as soon as you can if your schedule changes. Waiting time allowances and any extra charges are set out in our service policy.
